How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Phoenix Subscription?

Upgrading or downgrading your Phoenix subscription is a straightforward process that ensures you have the plan best suited to your needs. Here's how to manage your subscription.

Whether you need more credits and features or wish to switch to a more affordable plan, upgrading or downgrading your Phoenix subscription is quick and easy. Follow these steps to adjust your subscription level:

  1. Log into Your Phoenix Account
    Start by logging into your Phoenix account at Phoenix.
  2. Go to Usage & Billing
    Once inside your dashboard, navigate to the Usage & Billing section to manage your current plan.
  3. Click on "Upgrade" or "Manage Plan"
    In the Usage & Billing area, click on the Upgrade button to explore available subscription plans. If you're looking to downgrade, you will also use this section to select a lower-tier plan.
  4. Choose Your Desired Plan
    You will be presented with different subscription options, including Phoenix Pro, Power, and Elite plans. Review the details of each plan and decide whether you want to upgrade for more features and credits or downgrade to a simpler plan.
  5. Click "Upgrade to Pro" (or your desired plan)
    After selecting the plan you wish to switch to, click the corresponding button (such as Upgrade to Pro). If you're downgrading, select the lower-tier plan and click Downgrade.
  6. Proceed with Payment
    If you're upgrading, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page where you can fill out your payment details. Once the payment is successfully processed, your account will be upgraded immediately.
  7. If you're downgrading, the change will reflect at the start of the next billing cycle, and no further action is required.
  8. Confirmation and Plan Changes
    Once the process is complete, you will receive confirmation of your updated plan, and you’ll notice the changes in your credits and feature access depending on the new plan.
