- Go to the Phoenix Dashboard
First, log into your Phoenix account at Phoenix. Once you're logged in, head over to the Usage & Billing section on your dashboard. - Click on "Upgrade"
Within the Usage & Billing section, you’ll find an Upgrade button. Click on it to view the available subscription plans. - Choose Your Plan
You'll see a range of subscription options, including Phoenix Pro, Power, and Elite plans. Take a moment to review the features and benefits of each plan, and select the one that best fits your needs. - Click "Upgrade to Pro" (or your chosen plan)
Once you've decided on a plan, click the Upgrade to Pro button (or the corresponding button for Power or Elite). Depending on your location or payment preferences, additional payment options like PayPal or Square may also be available. - Fill Out Payment Details
You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can fill out your payment information. Once you've entered your details, proceed with the payment. - Confirmation and Account Upgrade
After your payment has been successfully processed, your account will be upgraded immediately. You will notice the change in your available credits, reflecting your new subscription level. From this point, you’ll have full access to Phoenix’s AI Assistants according to your chosen plan.
