Can I Transfer Credits Between Different Phoenix Accounts?

Currently, Phoenix does not support the transfer of credits between different accounts, as credits are tied directly to each user's specific subscription plan.

At this time, Phoenix does not allow the transfer of credits between different accounts. Each Phoenix account is assigned a specific number of credits based on the user's subscription plan, and those credits are tied directly to that individual account. This policy ensures that credits are managed fairly and consistently within the context of each user's subscription level, usage history, and AI Assistant interactions.

If you run out of credits in one account, you cannot transfer from another account, but you do have the option to upgrade your current subscription plan to receive more credits. Additionally, each subscription period offers a fresh allocation of credits, so your account will be refilled at the start of each new billing cycle.

Phoenix may explore additional flexibility in managing credits in the future, but for now, all credits remain exclusive to the account they are issued to, ensuring that users maintain control over their individual subscriptions and credit usage.
